Spend some time with Chef Russell Goodman in the Elkstone kitchen, which looks out over the beautiful pond and flower gardens, and you’ll be inspired to raise your cooking game! Throughout this series of classes, we will harvest, prepare, cook with, and preserve farm-grown produce, learning some invaluable butchery techniques along the way. We’ll assimilate the history and life cycle of ingredients, as we practice skills that will improve daily culinary experiences and allow for greater sustainability in the kitchen.
Wouldn’t it be fun to share this unique experience with close friends and family? This summer you can! We invite you and a handful of your closest companions to share in the delights of fresh food and learning together. And, you’ll have the good fortune of eating your dishes together in our bucolic paradise or taking them to be enjoyed at home.
