Whether it's a group of family or friends, we will provide you a unique experience dining in the Elkstone kitchen, where you can watch the food being prepared and interact with the chef. Have a wine cellar with some special bottles? Because this is a private event, you may bring your own wine, which adds to the personalization of the experience. We will customize the menu to your liking, which features products from the farm, the valley and greater Colorado.
