Imagine practicing yoga outside under the aspen trees as they gently sway and the leaves dance in the dappled light. We built a beautiful deck by our pond in the aspen grove as a place to connect to nature and practice yoga upon. We keep the classes small and bring our favorite local yoga teachers to lead an incredible practice. Join us on Tuesday afternoons from 5:30-6:30 PM to nourish your body and mind and feel the magic at Elkstone Farm.
Brooke Carpenter
Brooke has been studying the healing power of yoga for 7 years, connecting her closer to nature and aligning the relationship between her physical, mental, and spiritual health. Yoga has redirected her onto a path of self-discovery and enlightenment, helping bring her most authentic self forward. She has felt a shift in her relationship with the divine through yoga influencing her path of life and hopes to share this light with others.
Her classes tie together many of her passions, such as nature, astrology, energy, and spirituality. Brooke brings a lighthearted and fun vibe to her class. The goal of her teaching is to ensure a safe and inspiring environment, connecting her students to the beautiful elements of themselves and of nature. She focuses on all-level Vinyasa flows that leave a student balanced and inspired.
