Elkstone Farm would love for you to join us for our Summer 2021 Permaculture Gardener’s Club! We enjoy sharing our knowledge about regenerative organic agriculture and having your help growing food and medicine for the community. That said, summer time is a really busy time for our crew and we want things to be mutually beneficial for us and you. Our time together will be focused on hands-on skill transfer, but we will always take time to answer questions and teach new methods.
We will host a permaculture practicum every Thursday morning from 8am to 11:30am, followed by a tasty farm-to-table lunch. It’s free for full-time Routt County Residents, and costs $20 for visitors from out of town, including lunch. Lunch is $20 for anyone who just wants to come for lunch or participate for a shorter time.
Before your visit:
You will need to bring this waiver with you the first time you join us.
What to wear and bring:
Your health and the well-being of our community are important to us. We encourage all participants to be vaccinated before they visit the farm or wear a mask and practice social distancing if they have not yet been vaccinated. We have upgraded sanitation protocols in place, and require that guests follow our policies, which are in compliance with all CDC and county guidelines.
