Fermentation is a healing science. A practical artform that expresses our innate desire for immortality, pleasure and innovation. Jun is a traditional fermented beverage that feeds us, at the level spirit, body and soul. Through the culture of Jun, we ground into the sweet honey of our bioregion, tend to time honored tea traditions and lavish ourselves in the healing power of sour.
