Oftentimes when people here in the mountains go to experience the amazing things mother nature has to offer, they can forget the basic necessities in order to do so; first aid kit being one of them. Luckily, there are many bioregional herbs that grow here locally that can be used in replacement if one does not have a first aid kit on them. Class will encompass learning about various local herbs that can be used in a time when first aid is needed to be administered while out in nature. We will also learn how to make your own personal herbal first aid kit.
Class has an optional farm to table lunch after the morning session. Please consider staying for the afternoon session on Medicinal Mushrooms too!
