Courtney Hughes is a Certified Clinical Herbalist, Certified Nutritionist, and mixed media artist guided by a deep belief in the body’s innate capacity to heal. Her work is rooted in removing obstacles and cultivating environments where both body and soul can thrive. Through herbal medicine and art, Courtney explores the multifaceted nature of physicality, with much of her artwork centered on the human body and the transformative power of embodiment.
