
Chef Russell is joined once again by Chef Justylyn Alair of The Nomadic Table for two nights only this summer. Together they will interpret the produce of our farm, our valley and our region through the lens of fire. Whether we are cooking over wood on Chef Justylyn's live fire grill, or over binchotan charcoal on Chef Russell's konro grill, with gas in our new outdoor barbecue, or by flambeeing, bruleeing or smoking - we will delight and amaze you with our creations. Enjoy an 8-course tasting menu on our back porch overlooking the aspen grove and listen to the creek that feeds the farm. Take part in the most unique dining experience in the Yampa Valley as the chefs endeavor to give you an evening to remember.
Dinner with chefs Russell and Justylyn is $200, and you may reserve a seat with a $100 deposit. The price of dinner is exclusive of wine, gratuity and tax. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable. If you are unable to attend, please invite someone to take your place!
