This class will explore the cuisine of the Roaring Twenties through the lens of the Great Gatsby. We will craft a dinner party around the customs and dishes of the time, including those mentioned in the book. We will use the farm as the backdrop and the inspiration to create locally-inspired Gatsby-driven dishes that we will then sit down and enjoy. Our farm kitchen is an intimate setting, and we host a maximum of 8 students for our cooking classes.
