This class will explore the question of what Julia Child would be cooking if she lived on a farm! We will use Julia's recipes as the framework to create a meal of dishes inspired by her techniques and our farm. The class will include an opportunity to sit down and enjoy the dishes we create. Our farm kitchen is an intimate setting, and we host a maximum of 8 students for our cooking classes.
