The Elkstone Chef's Table is the most unique dining experience in the Yampa Valley! Eight guests have the pleasure of dining in the privacy of the Elkstone kitchen, while watching the chef prepare a five-course meal from scratch using ingredients from the farm and from the valley. Enjoy exploring the culinary identity of Routt County and greater Colorado through each course of this bespoke dinner. All dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.
Reserve your seat(s) with a deposit at this time, and then pay in full at the conclusion of the experience. The $150 total price of dinner is exclusive of alcohol and gratuity and the $100 per person paid upon registration will be applied. Chef's Table tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed to other dates, however they are transferable, so if you cannot attend we encourage you to send someone in your place.
We work with sommeliers to provide you access to carefully curated wine selections paired with the meal, and information will be provided closer to the event about wine service.
Tickets for 2023 events go on sale on January 1at 12am.
Your health and the well-being of our community are important to us. We encourage all participants to be vaccinated before they visit the farm or wear a mask and practice social distancing if they have not yet been vaccinated. We have upgraded sanitation protocols in place, and require that guests follow our policies, which are in compliance with all CDC and county guidelines.
