NEW! Flower Share

July 30 – October 15 (12 weeks @ $20/week)
$240

For the first time at Elkstone Farm, we will be offering a flower share as part of our CSA program! As a member of the flower CSA, you will receive a beautiful large bouquet each week, which will be grown, harvested, and arranged by our farmer flower team. Our bouquets are thoughtfully and artistically assembled from the ground up and will include over 70 varieties of curated annual and perennial flowers throughout the season. Our growers have been hard at work trialing and planning for an expansion of our flower program, and we are so excited to share this passion with you. The weekly bouquet can be picked up Tuesdays 3-5pm (same time, place, and process as the veggie CSA share pick-up). There are extremely limited flower CSA shares available this year.

Farm Dinners

Come join us for a culinary celebration of Elkstone Farm and the Yampa Valley. We will dine in our subtropical greenhouse in the cooler months and then move to our covered patio when weather permits. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a 5-course dinner cooked with ingredients from our farm and our valley from scratch by our chef Russell Goodman. Thoughtfully paired wines will be available for purchase thanks to our partnership with the sommeliers at Ski Town Wine and Spirits. We look forward to serving you as you partake in the most unique dining experience in the Yampa Valley. Farm dinners are priced at $150 per person including gratuity.

Dinner Policies

  • Dinners are non-refundable but they are transferable. If you can't make it, please send a friend in your place!
  • Price includes gratuity.
  • We can accommodate food allergies and special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc) if you let us know when you sign up.
  • Alcohol is not included in the dinner but we do work with a local sommelier to pair the dinner with exquisite wines and we will send more details to those who sign up for dinner.

Seating

Dinners at Elkstone Farm are for 16 guests, seated at 4 tables of 4. We have some flexibility to make tables of 5 or 6 if your group size requires it. You are welcome to sign up with other guests, in which case we will seat you together. You do not need to all be in the same 'reservation', but make sure to put your seating preferences in the 'notes' section of the reservation. If your party size is smaller than 4, you may be seated at a table with other guests, to make a table of 4 guests, total. (For example, a party of 2 may be sat with another party of 2). If you have any questions about seating, we invite you to reach out to us to inquire and we will happily explain the options to you.

Ambient Temperature and How to Dress

Dinners at Elkstone farm are held on the back porch of our farmhouse, in an aspen grove next to a stream. Although the setting is undeniably beautiful, the temperature outside may vary throughout the summer. In early summer and fall, particularly, we encourage you to dress in layers. We have warm blankets and propane heaters which normally make the environment quite comfortable, but we hope you will prepare accordingly nevertheless.
