As the seasons turn and the golden light of autumn begins to settle across the valley, join us at Elkstone Farm for a nourishing harvest gathering. Together, we will honor the transition from summer's abundance to autumn's season of reflection through gentle Breema bodywork, guided meditation, intentional journaling and a tea ceremony. Surrounded by the beauty of the farm, we'll create space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and acknowledge the growth, lessons, and moments of gratitude that emerged throughout the summer months.
This intimate circle will also include group sharing and meaningful conversation as we reflect on what we are ready to harvest, release, and carry forward. Through guided reflection and intention-setting, participants will be invited to plant seeds for the season ahead, cultivating clarity, balance, and purpose for the fall. Whether you are seeking connection, renewal, or simply a moment to pause and breathe, this equinox gathering offers a welcoming space to ground yourself in community and embrace the rhythms of the changing season. Bring your journal and we look forward to connecting with you!

Dakotah McKinley: As a Colorado native, certified yoga instructor, previous business owner and past local farmer I understand the hustle and bustle of mountain life. Through intentional conversations, local farm and ranch collaborations, yoga and meditation, I believe we can all heal and grow together. I look forward to watering the seeds of our passions together.
Jamie Furstoss: The Breema body work will be led by Jamie who is also one of our farm managers. Jamie became a Breema instructor in 2011, and continues to study and practice this life nourishing modality.
