Join us for an immersive, hands-on class exploring how to nourish and support a thriving gut microbiome. We’ll take a deep dive into the powerful connection between soil health, medicinal plants, and tools to support your own digestive well-being.
In this class, you’ll learn:
How the gut microbiome plays a vital role in overall health — influencing everything from immunity and inflammation to mood and mental clarity.
The role of mindful eating and the nervous system in gut health
How the quality of our soil and diversity of plants directly impact your gut microbiome
Herbal remedies to support digestion and soothe common GI issues
We’ll engage in simple somatic practices to support both the gut and the nervous system. You’ll be introduced to a beloved plant ally, lemon balm, known for its calming and digestive benefits, and create your own gut-friendly herbal product using plants grown right here at Elkstone Farm — to take home and continue your healing journey.
Whether you’re new to gut health or deepening your herbal path, this class offers practical tools, hands-on learning, and a deeper connection to the plants that support us from the ground up.
The class will be followed by a farm-to-table lunch served by Chef Russell and staff!
