Honey Dijon Vinaigrette


1/4 cup Elkstone Farm Tart Cherry Vinegar

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp honey

1/2 tsp kosher salt

2 garlic cloves

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper to taste


Combine ingredients in a blender and pulse until combined. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Best served over salad, tossed with roasted vegetable or as a dipping sauce.

Yields: 3/4 cup
