Baked Beet Green Crisps

INGREDIENTS:
Greens from 1 large bunch of beets
Olive oil
Elkstone Farm Grilling Spice

DIRECTIONS:
1.    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees without convection.
2.    Wash the greens and blot dry with a towel.
3.    Trim away any thick center ribs.
4.    Drizzle the oil over the leaves and massage it in.  Lay them out on a sheet pan.
5.    Generously sprinkle with the grilling spice.
6.    Bake for 10 – 15 minutes until crisp.
7.    Let cool on the pan before serving.
