Baked Beet Green Crisps

Serves 4-6 appetizers

Greens from 1 bunch of beets
Olive Oil
Elkstone Grilling Spice

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees without convection.
2. Wash the greens and blot dry with a towel.
3. Trim away any thick center ribs.
4. Drizzle the oil over the leaves and massage it in. Lay them out on a sheet pan.
5. Generously sprinkle with the grilling spice.
6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crisp.
7. Let cool on the pan before serving.
