DESCRIPTION:It's mud season!  Here on the farm\, seedlings are being planted and the snow is melting.  We are embracing spring\, and the dishes we create in the kitchen are reflective of that.  Another thing that goes along with mud season is the mud season special!  In this case\, we will be offering a Chef's Table dinner at 50% off.  There are only 8 seats\, so if you would like to explore the terroir of our valley\, and taste the culinary identity of our farm\, sign up quickly!  This is likely to sell out in no time at all.  I look forward to seeing you from across the kitchen as I cook for you and serve you six courses based on the products of our farm\, our valley\, and our state.  The price of the Local's Appreciation Chef's Table dinner is $85 per person\, plus tax\, with a $40 deposit.  You may remit the remainder along with any gratuity at the conclusion of the meal.
