DESCRIPTION:Imagine practicing yoga outside under the aspen trees as they gently sway and the leaves dance in the dappled light. We built a beautiful deck by our pond in the aspen grove as a place to connect to nature and practice yoga upon. We keep the classes small and bring our favorite local yoga teachers to lead an incredible practice. Join us on Monday mornings from 9-10am to nourish your body and mind and feel the magic at Elkstone Farm. \n\n$15/class\, register online\n$5 discount if you ride your bike!\nLocation:  40345 Virtus Way (Note: this is a different address from that of the summer farm stand.).  Please park at the hoop houses and walk up the drive and around to the yoga deck in the aspen grove.\nSpace is limited.  Register ahead to secure a spot.\n\n  \n \n  \nWith over 17 years of yoga teaching experience and a 500-hour Level Two certification\, Britta Bodine brings deep knowledge\, adaptability\, and a grounded presence to every class. Since 2009\, she has been a beloved instructor at the Old Town Hot Springs\, sharing yoga with students of all ages\, abilities\, and backgrounds. Her alignment-based vinyasa style is both accessible and invigorating\, rooted in mindful movement and open to all levels. We will make plant baths (plant blessing waters) and learn plant brushings; aka plant limpias. These are beautiful practices to connect us more deeply with the spirit of the plants\, and their powerful ways\, as well uplift the mood or clear away unneeded energies. These practices can be found from many earth-based cultures around the globe.
