Imagine practicing yoga outside under the aspen trees as they gently sway and the leaves dance in the dappled light. We built a beautiful deck by our pond in the aspen grove as a place to connect to nature and practice yoga upon. We keep the classes small and bring our favorite local yoga teachers to lead an incredible practice. Join us on Wednesday afternoons from 4:30-5:30 PM to nourish your body and mind and feel the magic at Elkstone Farm.

Kat completed her 200hr YTT from Yoga Center of Steamboat after years of practicing and dreaming of one day teaching. She came to yoga to heal from various athletic injuries, and over time, experienced the powerful mental health benefits of yoga.
Kat is a Registered Dietitian and believes that yoga and breath work, along with healthy eating, can help us to build the most authentic relationships with ourselves and foster an environment within our bodies and minds that supports happiness and contentment. Her goal in teaching others is to help them find peace from within through experimental, yet thoughtful, movement.
Off the mat, Kat spends most of her time climbing and skiing mountain peaks, mountain biking, reading too many books at once, or cooking up a feast.
