We will pick flowers at the start of class and use the alchemical process of making flower essences. Flower Essences are considered to be vibrational, energetic remedies since they are based upon the energy or vibration of a flower. Only the flower is used to make the remedies, and they work by utilizing the water that has been impregnated with the energetic imprints of the plant. Flower essences are safe and gentle remedies. We will test a few remedies to tune into the energetic teachings of the plant world.
