2022 CSA Farm-to-Table Dinners

Come join us for a culinary celebration of Elkstone Farm and the Yampa Valley.  We will dine in our subtropical greenhouse in the cooler months and then move to our covered patio when weather permits.  You will have the opportunity to enjoy a 5-course dinner cooked with ingredients from our farm and our valley from scratch by our chef Russell Goodman.  Thoughtfully paired wines will be available for purchase thanks to our partnership with the sommeliers at Ski Town Wine and Spirits.  We look forward to serving you as you partake in the most unique dining experience in the Yampa Valley.

Dinner Policies

• Dinners are non-refundable but they are transferable. If you can't make it, please send a friend in your place!
• Price includes gratuity.
• We can accommodate food allergies and special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc) if you let us know when you sign up.
• Alcohol is not included in the dinner but we do work with a local sommelier to pair the dinner with exquisite wines and we will send more details to those who sign up for dinner.
• Dinners are outdoors for the Summer dinners and sometimes for our Spring and Fall Dinners depending on the weather. If the weather is inclement, we will be dining in our four season greenhouse. We require that all indoor diners be vaccinated.
