Join our chefs, Erin Torgerson and Chereen Leong Schwarz, as they teach you the ins and outs of cooking. Two separate series are offered: Cooking Classes and Cooking Workshops. Try one or try them all!

Cooking Classes – Farmer’s Fare

June 4th, July 9th, August 6th, September 3rd

Tuesdays from 3 – 5pm | $75

Our Cooking Classes will leave you with the confidence you need to wow your friends with a signature dish…

These 2-hour classes will focus on one technique as we explore the art of delicious handmade foods. Students will leave with the workshop with a new arsenal of skills and recipe ideas that can be easily customized depending on what veggies are available at the farm stand. Cooking Workshops & Dinner – Harvest Feast

June 20th, July 25th, August 22nd, September 19th

Thursdays from 3 – 7pm | $150

Cooking Workshops give you the hands-on practice to master all parts of a meal…

These 4-hour workshops will take students on a journey through the process of getting a delicious meal hot and ready on the table, all at the same time. We will focus on meat butchery, knife skills, quick breads, and tasty international flavors. At the end of the class, students will get to sit down and enjoy the fruits of their labor with the option to add wine pairings from Sommelier Andrew Fossum of Ski Town Wine and Spirits. Farm Tours & Lunches – Summer 2019

Adult Tour Only             $15

12 & Under Tour Only    $10
Lunch Option                additional $25

Take a tour with our knowledgeable and entertaining Principal Grower, Brittany McGuire, as she takes you through several of the farm’s growing environments and discusses what we grow and how we do it with Steamboat’s 59-day growing season. Conclude the tour with a meal at the farmhouse prepared by our talented chefs, Erin Torgerson and Cherren Leong Schwarz. (optional)
